Derrick grew up in the Hanahan area and is lucky enough to have called Charleston home all his life. He holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Computer Science from Troy University and is currently attending Capella University working towards his Masters in Business Administration.

Before obtaining his real estate license, Derrick was a local business owner and licensed SC Home Inspector. In his free time, Derrick enjoys acting and being a professional stunt driver for film and TV. He has worked on more than 20 different mainstream productions!
